We  were so impressed with Trent. He went above and beyond what we expected without any complaints. Dealing with not very accommodating renters he still managed to pull off a timely sale for us. A  lot of realtors put their sign up and disappear. Not Trent he was always checking in and very easy to get a hold of if we needed anything.  He took a very stressful situation and made it easy for us! We highly recommend Trent he's very personable, friendly and he will get the job done.

Although being a busy guy, he would always make time to answer my calls and cater to any requests I would throw his way. Nothing ever seemed to be too much for him. When approaching any problems or tasks, he would do his homework, taking time to collate as much information as possible so he could provide you with valuable insight to help you make key decisions.
He has a tremendous ability to get along with people, he was easy to work with, but more importantly, people find it easy to work with him. Meaning he is capable of dancing his way through tough negotiations and coming out smelling of roses. Trent is such an amazing realtor. From the moment I met him, he was honest and thorough. He always came prepared with printed detailed papers of the house I was viewing. He kept my best interest in mind. He was always punctual, positive and caring. I really can't say enough good things.  I received a referral for Trent and he contacted me immediately. Being my first home sale, he was great at walking me through the process. His commission rates were lower than any other realtors I had spoken with, yet his communication and sales plan surpassed. I had tenants living in the home and Trent was courteous and professional with them, while still keeping my best interests in mind.
In the end, I sold the home to my tenants, in a private transaction. Not only was Trent supportive with me (even though he received no commission) he has helped guide me through the process of a private sale. But as it just happened to work out in my situation, he was was flexible and an absolute asset in every way. Even called a few weeks later to check in and see how things were going and if I needed any help or guidance. He seems to have a great handle on the real estate situation in Nelson and I really can't sing his praises enough.
